• application:

bop hose is mainly used f hydraulic control of bop. operating pressure is 3000psi. it can be directly exposed to flame f me than 5min at the temperature of 704℃ ,to ensure control system can be operated under emergencies.

• hose structure:

tube: black smooth nitrile rubber, oil resistance, seawater resistance, high temperature resistance, acid & alkali resistance

reinfcement: high tension steel wire

fire shield layer: glass fiber cloth

cover: black, chloprene rubber, fire resistance, wear resistance, ozone & ageing resistance, oil resistance

outer armour: stainless steel strip wound

• temperature range: -40℃ to + 121℃

• fire resistance meet api 16d, 704℃ × 5min
